Designed for those purchasing their first home, these mortgages often come with competitive rates and lower deposit options. They make homeownership more accessible, with government schemes and incentives available to support affordability and help you get onto the property ladder.

For those selling their current property and buying another, home mover mortgages allow you to transfer or replace your existing mortgage to suit your new home and changing needs. Ideal for upsizing, downsizing, or relocating.

Switch your current mortgage to a new deal with your existing lender or a different one. Remortgaging can help you secure a lower interest rate, release equity, or adjust your mortgage term to better align with your financial goals.

For landlords and property investors, buy-to-let mortgages are used to purchase or refinance properties intended for rental income. These mortgages are typically based on expected rental yield rather than personal income.

Tailored for individuals who work for themselves or on short-term contracts. Lenders assess income using company accounts, SA302 tax returns, or ongoing contracts rather than traditional payslips, making property finance accessible for variable incomes.

Specialist mortgages designed for those with less-than-perfect credit histories, including CCJs, defaults, or past missed payments. These products help more people access property finance, often through specialist lenders.

New build mortgages are for homes purchased directly from developers. Shared ownership mortgages let you buy a share of a property and pay rent on the rest, providing an affordable route into homeownership.
Getting a mortgage doesn’t have to be complicated. At Servisa, we make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free, whether you’re buying your first home, moving to a new one, remortgaging, or investing in a buy-to-let property. You’ll always know where you stand and
what happens next.
We start with a quick conversation to understand your goals and what you’re looking to achieve. You’ll then complete a Fact Find form, which gives us key information about your income, expenses, and preferences. This helps us build a full picture of your circumstances so we can tailor the right advice for you.
Once we’ve completed a detailed fact-find, we’ll research the market and compare a wide range of lenders and mortgage products. You’ll receive a clear, personalised recommendation, so you can make an informed decision with confidence.
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange your Agreement in Principle (AIP) showing how much a lender is likely to lend. When you’re ready, we’ll prepare and submit your full mortgage application, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
We’ll stay by your side through to completion, liaising with your solicitor, lender, and agent to keep everything on track. You’ll receive regular updates until your mortgage completes and your property is officially yours.
